Gainesville, Florida · Private Aviation Brokerage
Effortless Private Aviation,
Arranged With White-Glove Care
The Private Aviation
Advisor You Deserve
Private charter is opaque by nature. Operators vary in safety record, aircraft quality, pricing, and availability. Most clients lack the time or relationships to navigate it confidently — and no booking algorithm can replace judgment built on real operator knowledge.
Carillon Air sits on your side of the arrangement. We reach into our network of FAA-authorized Part 135 operators, gather comparable options, advise on the right aircraft for your mission, and coordinate every detail from departure to arrival.
You make one call. We handle everything else.
Our model
- We are a brokerage, not an air carrier. We own no aircraft and employ no pilots — which means our only interest is finding you the best flight, not filling our own fleet.
- We earn a commission from the operator when a booking is made — you pay nothing extra for the advisory relationship.
- Every operator in our network holds current FAA certification. We do not work with non-certificated operators.
Operator-sourced aircraft are matched to your group size, route, and comfort expectations.
Private aviation shouldn't feel like a transaction.
We started Carillon Air in Gainesville because we saw a gap between what private aviation could be and what most people encountered when they tried to access it: impersonal booking platforms, confusing pricing, and no one actually advising them.
The University of Florida community, the physicians, the executives, the alumni flying in for SEC weekends — these are people who have worked hard enough to travel on their own terms. They deserve a real advisor, not a search engine.
So we built an advisory practice, not a booking tool. We get to know how you travel, what matters to you, and who else is coming. Then we go to work sourcing the right aircraft, from the right operator, at a price that makes sense.
North and Central Florida are home to us. We know the airports, the operators, the event calendars, and the seasonal patterns. That local knowledge is a genuine asset when you need a flight out of Gainesville Regional on a Gators home weekend.

How an Arrangement
Comes Together
From your first inquiry to wheels up, Carillon Air manages every moving part. You remain in full view of the process — but none of the complexity reaches you.
Tell us about your journey
A single conversation — by phone, email, or through our contact form — is all we need to begin. Dates, origin, destination, party size, and any preferences you have. There's no intake form to complete on your own.
What happens next
We confirm details and let you know what to expect in terms of timeline and options.
We source and compare options
Carillon Air reaches into our operator network, gathers quotes, and evaluates each against your requirements — aircraft suitability, operator safety record, timing, and value. We don't offer you every option; we offer you the right ones.
Our standard
Every operator presented holds current FAA Part 135 certification. Safety is not a variable in our sourcing.
You review and confirm
We present a clear recommendation with relevant options — aircraft type, timing, and pricing — and explain our reasoning. You decide. There's no pressure and no clock running. Once you confirm, we handle the booking with the operator directly.
Your role
Review the options, ask any questions, choose your flight. Everything else is ours to manage.
Depart. We handle the rest.
Carillon Air coordinates with the operator through to your departure — confirmations, timing, ground logistics, any changes. You arrive at the FBO and board. The complexity has already been resolved before you arrive.
After landing
We follow up on every arrangement. If anything was less than right, we want to know — and we use that to improve your next flight.
Some clients call us the night before a flight. Others call us the morning of. We answer either way — because a brokerage that operates at this level is available when you are.
Available for domestic charters across Florida and the Southeast
Built for Those Who
Value Their Time
Carillon Air is for anyone who has realized that commercial travel extracts too much — too much time, too much friction, too little control. The circumstances differ; the need is the same.
The Gainesville executive
If you're running between Gainesville, Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville on a schedule that commercial airlines can't accommodate, private charter gives you full control of departure times, the ability to carry colleagues or gear, and a working environment in the air.
UF alumni on football weekends
Flying into Gainesville for a home game is notoriously difficult by commercial means on short notice. Private charter removes the uncertainty — your own aircraft, your own schedule, no connection anxiety, and a group experience worth talking about.
Medical and healthcare professionals
Physicians and healthcare administrators often need to move quickly between facilities, conferences, or specialist consultations. A charter arranged in hours — not days — keeps the calendar intact and respects the demands of a clinical schedule.
Athletes, agents, and sports organizations
Travel schedules in professional sports move on tight timelines. Carillon Air understands the needs of athletes, front office staff, and agents who need to move a team — or an individual — on short notice without the logistics falling to them personally.
Families with complex travel needs
Traveling as a family — especially with young children, elderly parents, or medical considerations — is transformed by private aviation. One departure, your schedule, your pace. Carillon Air handles the routing and coordination so the trip feels like it should.
Luxury travel advisors and concierge services
If you're a travel advisor or concierge service building a complete client experience, Carillon Air is a reliable aviation partner. We work with advisors discreetly and professionally, handling the aviation component of a broader itinerary.
Common
Questions
Private charter raises legitimate questions. We believe in clear answers.
Do I pay Carillon Air directly?
No. Carillon Air earns a commission from the charter operator when a booking is completed. Your flight is priced by the operator; our advisory services carry no separate fee on top of that. You pay the operator for the flight itself, and we are compensated by them for bringing the arrangement together.
How are the operators you work with vetted?
Every operator in our network must hold current FAA Part 135 Air Carrier certification — the regulatory standard for on-demand commercial charter in the United States. We do not work with non-certificated operators or owner-only arrangements that fall outside this standard. Safety is not a variable in how we source flights.
How quickly can you arrange a charter?
It depends on the route, aircraft availability, and timing. Many domestic charters can be arranged within a few hours if aircraft and crew are available. Last-minute requests are something we handle regularly — contact us and we will tell you honestly what is realistic for your specific trip.
What types of aircraft do you source?
We source across the spectrum: turboprops and light jets for shorter regional hops, mid-size and super-mid jets for longer domestic routes, and large-cabin jets for coast-to-coast or longer trips. The right aircraft is determined by your route, party size, baggage requirements, and budget.
Can you help with group travel for a UF football weekend?
Yes — this is one of our areas of particular expertise. Gainesville on a home game weekend is one of the more complex private aviation environments in the Southeast, with high demand and limited ramp availability. We know the local airports, operators, and logistics, and we work ahead of the demand curve so your group travels without surprises.
Do you arrange international flights?
Our primary focus is domestic travel — Florida, the Southeast, and beyond within the United States. International charters are a different regulatory and operational environment. Contact us to discuss your specific itinerary and we will let you know whether we are the right fit.
What if something changes after the booking is confirmed?
We stay with the arrangement through to departure. If your dates change, your group size shifts, or circumstances require a different aircraft, contact us and we will work with the operator to find a resolution. Charter arrangements are more flexible than commercial tickets in most cases.
Tell us where
you need to go.
An inquiry takes two minutes. We take it from there — sourcing options, advising on the right aircraft, and arranging every detail. There's no obligation until you confirm a flight.
What to expect
We respond to every inquiry personally — not with an automated quote.
We ask the right questions to understand your trip before presenting options.
You receive a clear recommendation, not an overwhelming list of choices.
